How do I open a .tax2012 file?

A 2012 tax data file, with a file extension of .tax2012, can only be opened by the TurboTax software for tax year 2012.

TurboTax does not support tax year 2012.

Is any one having issues with opening saved ".tax" files into the Mac version of Turbo Tax? Everything was working fine, but as of yesterday I can't to open .tax files.
