How do I only file my state returns?

I filed my federal return with another website and wanted to file my state returns with Turbotax, can I do this? I dont see that option anywhere

TurboTax does not support filing of state returns ONLY. It would have to be submitted with a federal return, since you filed yours with another website, you won't be able to do your state return with TurboTax.
