How do I obtain an ip pin for my child online. I'm going under my account, but it keeps giving me a pin. I've mailed them a form in a requesting one, nothing.

you can't get it through your a/c. you would need to establish an a/c for the child.

you use the child's name and SSN

but you provide your name as the person to call
