TurboTax does not have your W-2. They would only have a local form for data that you either entered from your W-2 or downloaded from your employer. You would need to get a copy from your employer.

You wait for your W-2. Your employer has until January 31 to issue it to you. You cannot E-file and have the IRS accept the return without it. Loans depend on the return being accepted. The IRS will not begin to accept returns until January 27. So you have time to wait.

You would need to request the W-2 from either your employer or from the IRS.

What are you trying to do?
If you do not have a copy of your W-2, first you should contact your employer to request a replacement copy. Depending on the employer's payroll system, you may be able to access the W-2 online. You should ask if that is possible.
