If you are not enrolled in a marketplace plan, you do not need a 1095-A.   Do you have marketplace insurance?

If you have not had marketplace health insurance (also known as "Affordable Care" insurance, or "Obamacare") then you do not have or need a 1095A at all.  You just say NO to the question about it and move on.  If you do, in fact,  have health insurance from the marketplace, then you need your 1095A.
