How do I know which package to purchase?

My recommendations is to start with our lowest version of TurboTax. Based on your financial and life situation, our program will prompt you to update when necessary.

For example, if you have only W2 income, you may start with Federal Free edition. TurboTax will ask to upgrade to Deluxe if you have house deductions... etc.
