How do I know the Social security wages in Box 3?

Hello, the box 3 in my W-2 is empty, how can I know how much do I have to put.

Enter the information from Form W-2 exactly as it appears. The IRS matches W-2 information from your tax return to the Copy A of Form W-2 filed by your employer. Any inconsistencies will trigger a letter from the IRS seeking an explanation.
