You didn't mention your citizenship, so first be sure you are eligible to use TurboTax, which is only for US citizens and "resident aliens for tax purposes." If for tax purposes you are classified as a "non-resident alien", TurboTax cannot prepare a Form 1040-NR.
If you can use TurboTax, be aware that the mailing address you specify on the return is where you want any correspondence from the IRS to reach you, including any letters, notices, or paper refund check, if applicable, or if a direct deposit fails.
Also in the MY INFO section TurboTax outright asks the question "What was your state of residence on December 31, 2024?" There is a dropdown list of states, and way down at the bottom of that list is "Foreign or US Territory."
NOTE: If you also lived in another state during 2024 before you moved to the foreign location, you can indicate on that screen that you lived in another state during 2024, and it will ask you to name the state, and ask for the date you moved.
