How do I go to forms to manualy input data?

You are posting from online Self-Employed. Online TurboTax software does not give you direct access to forms. Forms mode is a feature of the CD/download software. If you are using online, you have to use the interview screens to enter your information.

There is no forms mode in the Online version. Forms mode is only in the Desktop software.
