How do I give token number to agent assisting?

Unfortunately, we cannot see your email. You can post it in response to this thread, here in community. It may filter out the token if the system thinks it is a phone number- in that case you can post a screen shot of it, or type it in with spaces in between the numbers.

Don't worry- the token number is of no use to anyone else outside of TurboTax, and it is scrubbed of your personal data.
