How do I get someone from Intuit to help me find out about my 2023 and 2024 tax's refunds

I have not received my 2023 taxs at all and now 2024 tax's are being reviewed I need your help with a advocate to help me find out about my taxes for both years 2023 has taken more then 14 months now still no refund ?

There is no one at Intuit that can help you resolve your issues  with the IRS or your state department of revenue. Intuit provides you with the tax products to allow you to prepare and submit your tax return but can't help you with issues you have that don't relate to the tax return itself. You can contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040. You will have to research your state department of revenue to get a phone number for your state tax issues.
