I've been on hold for 90 minutes to speak to an agent-long enough that the hold music discontinued. No one has responded to my inquiry and I cannot find any type of button in the right corner to connect to a chat. I am at the end of my rope with this. I spent THREE hours entering all of my information on the Turbo Tax Federal Free edition, only to learn that my AGI was too high to use it. So, one would think that having logged in using the same account that is associated with the Premier version which I paid for would somehow link or import the information I entered today...but it isn't there. Can someone PLEASE help me access that information so I can get this form submitted and pay the government the money I owe them? I do not want to spend three more hours starting from scratch and entering all the information again. There HAS to be a way to link that to my paid version so that I can file this form!!! All I want is to chat with someone by phone, online, or have someone respond to my question. Is that really too much to ask?

I found this message thread because I was searching for an answer on how to do this. I finally found it and wanted to post it in case others find it too.
1. Go to https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/compare/online/
2. Click "help me choose"
3. Select the options that apply to your situation
4. Click "start for free" of whatever product you want to use when it gives you the suggestions
After that, it asked how I did my taxes last year. I selected Turbo Tax, then it had me sign in. Once I was signed in, it asked if I was sure I wanted to change to a commercial product and not use the free file program. I selected yes, clicked ok, and I was back into the normal system and out of the free file system.
