How do I get rid of "Audit Defense?

I've been trying for 4 hours.  I've restarted the computer, refreshed....it doesn't matter....it WON'T go away.

I was one button away from finishing my taxes...and NOW, I'm stuck.

Audit defense is part of the MAX benefits and you can remove it by following the instructions below: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4842224
