If you want them completely blank, https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf. (pages 9 to the end).

If you want just the amount due blank, you can prepare an print them in TurboTax, white-out the amount, and copy them.

You can prepare 2017 1040-es vouchers using your estimated 2016 income.  Select the "Personal or Federal taxes" tab then "Other tax situations."  Select "Form W-4 and estimated taxes."

Say no to the "adjust how much tax you pay" screen since this screen is about adjusting your withholding from a W-2.

Say “prepare now” to the "estimated taxes for 2016" screen.  This will ask you about what you expect your 2017 income to be & prepare the vouchers accordingly.

How do I get self employment vouchers, and how often do I pay them?  Every quarter?

How do I get blank self employment tax vouchers?

There’s no specific self-employment voucher; you’ll use Form 1040-ES for your federal payments.

You can print these using the TurboTax program.  Please see the TurboTax Help article How do I print estimated tax vouchers for my 2022 taxes? for guidance in computing and printing your vouchers for this tax year.

Or you can just print the vouchers at 2022 Form 1040-ES.

The payment due dates for 2022 are:

  • 1st payment ................. April 18, 2022

  • 2nd payment ................ June 15, 2022

  • 3rd payment ................. Sept. 15, 2022

  • 4th payment ................. Jan. 17, 2023
