how do i fix Reject Code F1040-525-04

This rejection often occurs when the date of birth entered for the primary taxpayer doesn't match the records at the Social Security Administration (SSA) or the IRS record.

 

To fix this issue:

 

Sign in to your TurboTax account.

Select Fix my return button.

Click on Fix it now.

Verify the date of birth, then select I need to make changes and make the necessary changes in the correct format. Then continue.
