Sounds like the broker statement that you imported was missing some information ... usually date of purchase and cost basis.   Return to the investment income section in the program and edit the entries and provide the missing information.

premier should offer forms mode. in forms mode you can scroll down to form 1099-B wks for TD Ameritrade. 

either method look for cells that are red or pink.

The forms mode is ONLY in the Downloaded program ... the OP indicated they are using the ONLINE version.
