How do I fix my screen? I keep selecting "Continue with Standard" but the same screen keeps showing I even started over and it's doing the same thing.

I am referring to the "We can maximize your refund with deductions" screen.

How do I fix my screen? I keep selecting "Continue with Standard" but the same screen keeps showing I even started over and it's doing the same thing.

That screen is telling you to switch to itemized deductions instead of taking the standard deduction.   You can switch back and forth - you should choose the deduction that is the highest.   If you already changed from the deduction TurboTax recommended, you will need to manually select the option that is best for your situation.    See How do I change from the standard deduction to itemized (or vice-versa)?

That’s the thing it doesn’t matter what I select the same screen keeps popping up and won’t let me move on. Is this an issue with the site because I’ve tried different devices and it does the same thing.

It is not a known issue. You can try logging out of the program and logging back in. You can also clear your cache and cookies.

It never ended up working so I used another site to file my taxes.
