How do I find the form MO-PTC

To enter in TurboTax:

In TurboTax the interview screens will ask you whether you were a renter or owned the property to prepare this part of your Missouri return.

You will get to a screen titled "Property Tax Credit" where you will need to answer "Yes" to the question that asks "Do you want to complete a property tax credit form?

The  next screen is titled "Property Tax Credit Options" (it explains that the form is not filed as part of the MO tax return, but rather that the state requires that it be mailed in on its own as a stand-alone form).  On this screen, make the selection based upon your circumstances, and click continue.

When you are all finished and go to view your return and print the form after you have completed your returns in TurboTax.  Sign and mail your completed Form MO-PTC and all attachments to: Department of Revenue P.O. Box 2800 Jefferson City, MO 65105-2800
