How do I find the 2020 Form 2210 info without a 2210 form?

How do I fill in the box in the tax liability portion about the 2020 tax return info from form 2210 when there is no form 2210 in my 2020 return? Is it just the amount of the estimated tax for that year?   And, no, I am not leaving it for the IRS to figure out because we all know how that goes!
