How do I fill in a K1 IF I DIDN't and will not receive one this year? I cannot finish filing my state taxes and I'm very pissed off

If you didn't receive a 2016 Schedule K-1, you do not need to file one. If you filed one in the previous year and it still shows in the program, you will need to remove it by following these steps :

To delete a Schedule K-1 in the TurboTax online version:

Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
Select My Account (top of the screen)click on the drop-down arrow
Select Tools
Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form
Select Delete next to Schedule K-1 and Continue with My Return
