How do i file a return for someone incarcerated

I have already filed my taxes. I need to file taxes for my husband who is currently incarcerated.

You cannot file a tax return for your spouse unless you file as married filing jointly. If he or she has taxable income that he should ask permission from the prison / jail authorities on how to file.

Prison authorities do not care about situations on any inmates! They do not help out at all when it comes to inmates, they are treated like animals!
