How do i file 1099 G/INT

Hello, I received a 1099 G/INT from South Carolina Department of Revenue for a state refund from last year. I don't know if to file it under 1099 G or under 1099 INT because I don't see any option for both

If it is for the state refund, then enter it as a 1099G under state refund.  For some reason, South Carolina has decided to combine this form.
