Good afternoon, taxed for life. Thank you for joining us!
You asked "How do I enter multiple K1 worksheets for a K1 form 1065 listing income from 3 different countries?"
You may be able to avoid entering multiple worksheets,if there is only information in one of columns b-e, for the three diferent countries, or in other words, if there is only income listed in one of the columns. b-e, on the K-3. You would just need to change, the Foreign Country or U.S. Possession dropdown box, to Various. Then add the amounts for the three different countries together and enter them as one amount in the appropriate column.
If your K-3 does have amounts in more than one of the columns b-e, then you will need to enter a separate K-1 worksheet for each column. However, you can still add the countries together and show the Foreign Country as Various for amounts in the same column.
If you must enter multiple K-1's, because of either multiple entries in Box 1,2, or 3 of the K-1, or for multiple amounts liseted in b-e of a K-3, you will need to enter an additional K-1 only filling in the same company information, and the specific additional information boxes, Box 1,2 or 3 from the K-1 or box 16 from the K-3, b-e. Leaving the remaining boxes of the K-1 blank.
