When I used TT desktop version I could switch back and forth to see what the filled in IRS forms had as data. How can I do that in the on line version?

There is no forms mode in TurboTax Online. That's one of the biggest advantages of the TurboTax Desktop software.

You can preview Form 1040 and Schedules 1, 2, and 3. To see any other forms you have to print the return (create a PDF).

If you want to have viewing/printing privileges of all the forms in your return, you would have to pay for your online product in advance.  Then you can download/view/print a PDF or specific form at any time you wish.   But you can't make direct entries on forms like you can in desktop TurboTax.

If you want to do that, we can tell you how.  Paying in advance also locks in the price.  Prices typically increase on March 1.     However, be aware that if you pay in advance, you won't be able to clear your return and start it over.   You can still edit it, but you can't start from scratch.

This is a real crock of crap. When I try to work on assets and depreciation it tells me that part is not ready yet.

But prices go up March 1????

Think I need to find new tax preparation software.
