How do I enter different funds listed on 1099-div from one institution?

if each fund lists its own 1099-div info then you need to create a 1099-div for each fund. it's easy to tell the form will show a different EIN number for each fund. A CUSIP is not an EIN. 

on the other hand, if the 1099 reports only totals (this would be true for a brokerage a/c) just use the totals
