How do I enter Additional Medical Insurance Premiums; when I try to enter it there is a: $0 how do I enter the value?

I have tried to enter the dollar value but Turbo Tax has $0 in the box and I cannot get the 0 to delete and I cannot enter the value, how do I do it?
