How do I download my software when this CD that was sent I cannot use since I do not have a CDrom

If you are an Advantage member (annual subscription), there should already be a download in your Advantage account even if you ordered a CD.   You can download it here:
https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/

If you are not an Advantage member, you will need to phone TurboTax Support during business hours and ask for the download file to be placed in your account.

If you purchased your CD product at  Costco, there may be a piece of paper enclosed on how to contact TurboTax Support.

Otherwise, use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate "CD/download" and the proper operating system, then indicate which Edition.
