Start here by selecting "File for zero" and as you progress through the interview TurboTax will notify you if you need to upgrade to another product to handle your situation.  You'll be asked to enter some personal identification information to help determine your filing status and household situation.  

Next you will need to enter all your (and your spouse's, if married) income.  You'll gather that from forms sent to you from employers (W2) or anyone who paid you for a good or service (1099) or from your own records if self-employed. 

Next you will be asked about any potential itemized deductions or credits.  TurboTax will guide you through the process.  Be sure to use the help and learn more links along the way for additional information/guidance.
