You do not enter workers compensation on your return--it is not taxable. You enter your SSA1099, the 1099R from your pension, and your spouse's income. The software will calculate how much of the Social Security is taxable. You just enter the SSA1099 exactly as it appears. You will see it on lines 5a and 5b of your Form 1040.
