I have a stock transaction from an imported 1099b that i need to delete

On top menu, click:
Forms,
Open Form
select the + by your federal return,
scroll down under Scedule D, you will find the Form 8949:
Edit as desired
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Subscribe to RSS Feed

How do i delete a transaction from form 8949?
The message below says to look for a plus by the federal return
I went to schedule D and looked for form 8949
Not sure why this is coming up as an error.
I accidentally hit sale of home but tried to get out of it, is this the error

Form 8949 reports investment sale income. You can access those transactions by following these steps in TurboTax and make adjustments as is needed:
- Income and expenses
- Investment Income
- Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
