How do i delete a payment i planned to make with an extension that i never filed?

i started to file an extension, made a guess at how much i would have to pay, but then decided to go ahead and file the return.  Turbotax thinks i made a payment with the extension, and won't allow me to efile without claiming that payment.

Go to the following section Federal Taxes -> Deductions and Credits -> Estimates and Other Taxes -> Other Income Taxes -> Payments With Extension

Remove any payment showing in this section.
