How do I defer my tax payment for 90 days?

Right now, you can't enter payment direct debit payment dates past 04/15/20. You can still change the payment method, however. For example, you can opt to pay your tax bill by check as opposed to direct debit.

I received 2 letters from the irs. One stating they received my payment and account is paid up. Second one said they have 60 days to respond. What does this mean
