How do I contact someone about software problems?

My federal efiled return was rejected because I listed as dependents my grandkids (who lived we me most of the year) were previously listed as dependents by their mom. I have deleted them as dependents and now I want to refile. But TurboTax keeps prompting me to efile for the first time, not refile the corrected version.

If you made corrections for REJECTED, you will be filing for the first, and only, time.

You must go through the FILE sequence from the beginning.
