How do I communicate a problem with TurboTax? The chatbot is useless.

The 2020 Louisiana State Tax return is missing the Citizens/Fair Plan tax credit.  It is still in effect and had been in the TT state return in the past.

Yes, it was in TurboTax in previous years, however, the Louisiana Department of Revenue says that it has been ended as of January 1, 2020.

This credit is no longer available in Louisiana, effective for tax year 2020.

"Louisiana Citizen Insurance Credit – This credit is no longer available because Act 403 of the 2017 Regular Legislative Session ended the credit effective December 31, 2019." Please see What's New for Louisiana 2020 Income Tax

Also see this Revenue Louisiana web page.

Where do you see that it is still a valid credit in Louisiana?

Thanks for the information.  I see that our State Legislature let that expire at the end of 2019.

The Turbotax Premier 2021 has other "bugs".  It entered a federal adjusted gross income that did not match my federal return.  Also it incorrectly entered my TIAA income and my spouse's IRA income as E04.
