Yes, it was in TurboTax in previous years, however, the Louisiana Department of Revenue says that it has been ended as of January 1, 2020.

Thanks for the information. I see that our State Legislature let that expire at the end of 2019.
The Turbotax Premier 2021 has other "bugs". It entered a federal adjusted gross income that did not match my federal return. Also it incorrectly entered my TIAA income and my spouse's IRA income as E04.
