Here's how to update your healthcare to full-year coverage:

1. Sign into your TurboTax Free Edition online account.
2. Select "Take me to my return"
3. On the left click on "Federal", and "Health Insurance" at the top
4. You will see "Did you have health insurance coverage in 2017?", and can now select "I had health insurance coverage all year."
