How do I change the "Recipient's address" on my 1099-INT form?

If you are using Turbo Tax Desktop, you can edit the payer's address (state) on your Form 1099-INT as follows:

1. Switch to Forms Mode by clicking on "Forms" at the top of your TurboTax screen. 
2. In your left panel click on the 1099-IN that you want to edit the address on
3. The Form 1099-INT will appear in the right panel of your TurboTax screen
4. Scroll to the bottom of your Form 1099-INT
5. Click on the address box for the recipient
6. Edit the address

It will look something like this:
