How do I change the form of refund payment if I'm not getting the View payment option that is supposed to appear?

I have not yet chosen to file and the instructions provided are not the same options I'm getting

How do I change the form of refund payment if I'm not getting the View payment option that is supposed to appear?

There are 3 parts of the FILE tab ...

Step 1 ... pay the TT fees if any

Step 2 ... choose a way to either pay the balance due or a refund option

Step 3 ... efile
