how do I change the email and phone number where updates about my e-file are sent to?

Sign on to your TurboTax account. On the upper left, click on the 3 bars next to the white check mark. Scroll down to Intuit Account, click on it. Under the Quick Actions click Show More twice There you will find to change your email and phone.
