I've reached a screen that informs me I should wait to be contact; however, the screen does not inform when to expect to be contacted, and I don't like the feeling of not knowing when someone's time will be available for me. Anyone know how I might contact Intuit and have them reset the online interface so I can change products from Live back to a DIY version?

I was eventually contacted by a tax expert via the TurboTax Live chat feature about 120min after initially informed that I should expect contact within ~5min; a factor of almost 25x, that's Comcast-quality service, no bueno.
I would have been more satisfied if the expected wait time notification correctly predicted the wait time to within 2x of the estimation.
