Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of this screen (next to the bell) and make the change in the Notification settings.

Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of this screen (next to the bell) and make the change in the Notification settings.

There is no place to change the community e-mail address at the location you previously mentioned.
