Look in the personal information section.

How do I change my dependent status

In the personal info section, you will select someone can claim me as a dependent.

If you already filed your return, you will need to Amend Your Return and your parents will need to print and mail their return as theirs will be rejected if they e-file for duplicate use of a SSN.
