My wife and I are winter texans so were in Donna, TX from Dec. 2, 2016 through March 14, 2017. How do I answer the question about where I lived?? Also, in Texas from 1/1/16-3/15/16. Also, we own a home in both Texas and Nebraska.

My county gov't bought an easement from me and issued a 1099-S. Turbotax questions related to that act like I sold my whole residence when in essence it was a mere slice
