How do I add second 1099Div for spouse from same institution but different login?

To post a Form 1099- DIV

1. Under Federal
2. Select Wages & Income, 
3. Scroll to Interest and Dividends, and 
4. Choose Interest on 1099- Div
5. On the import screen select Enter it Myself.
6. Choose [+ Add Investments]
7. Post the 1099-DIV

as @JohnB5677 suggests just type it in - most 1099s are quick to do and you may need to address supplemental questions for US Gov Obligations or Tax Exempt dividends anyway.
