Unfortunately, once you have filed, you cannot change your banking information. What will happen is that the IRS is going to process your return and try to deposit your refund into the account that is on your return. The bank is going to reject the deposit since that account no longer exists and send it back to the IRS. When the IRS get the refund back, they will issue a paper check and send it to the address that you put on your return.
