Unsubscribe from TT emails
https://data-privacy.app.intuit.com/preferences
Thanks, but as stated, I had already done this.
Per the preferences page: "Even if you opt out of marketing emails, you may still get emails about your account, transactions, and customer service inquiries."
I assume the reminder is considered an account email, not a marketing email, but it's not relevant to me, and it's annoying (I've received multiple reminders).
I can try to block them at my end, but since I don't know what other irrelevant mail might look like, I'd prefer to just stop it at the source.
Many users have multiple accounts without realizing it. You might have an "old" forgotten account that is generating the marketing emails.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Thanks again, but that's not it.
I use a specific email addresses for different purposes so I can block them if they are leaked or compromised, and the email address used for the reminders is my one and only TurboTax email.
So either they ignore the notification preferences I set, or they consider the email account related and therefore exempt.
I really don't want to block all email to that address, I'm just trying to find a way to get email that is actually relevant to existing returns or my account generally. I don't need reminders about non-existent returns.
