I signed up for Adobe as suggested ,however, I do want to terminate my subscription to avoid monthly charge. I have tried to contact them via chat box but have not gotten any response as to whether they have gotten my message. Thank You
The Adobe reader is a free service which is all you need to view the TT PDF files ... not sure what premium product you signed up for but you need to work with them directly as this has nothing to do with TT at all ...
