There is no tax tool button in the menu in mobile app. Where is it? How can you get there?

You will have to sign out of your mobile app and use your Internet browser to sign in to access the Tax Tools button needed to clear your return. Please see answer below for more details.

Yes, you can clear your return and start from scratch in TurboTax as long as you haven't submitted a payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered.
