How can I sign my name with an apostrophe

Took out the apostrophe and still won’t let me sign. Also backed out and still same problem

You may need to clear your cookies and history.  Sounds like your computer may be caught in a loop.

My friend couldn't do it on the phone app, but when he switched to a laptop and logged in again he was able to sign it with the apostrophe.
