It shows you are using the online program.  If you log in and click Take Me to My Return and then click the File tab and proceed through those screens to finish the checkout process for TurboTax Online.

If you are saying that you would like to buy the CD/Download version of TurboTax instead -

You can purchase the CD/Download version of TurboTax directly at the link below.  Click the Buy Now button underneath the version of TurboTax you wish to purchase.  Follow the prompts to purchase a download for Windows/MAC or to order a CD.  You will be taken through the shopping cart and instructions on how to download and install the program on your computer
