How can I pay my bill with a US Credit card from a Canadian bank. It won't let me put in my canadian address that is assoicated with the card.

In order to pay with a credit card, you need a US Credit card with a US address.  TurboTax accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and pre-paid cards with a U.S. billing address only. It cannot have an international address tied to payment card you are using.
